Dear Friend,

As a father of three young adults, I am keenly aware of the issues facing this community. As a former
Police Officer I am keenly aware of the challenges faced by public safety officials.
I am committed to doing all I can to improve the ability of law enforcement to keep our neighborhoods safe.

As a lifelong Democrat, I am committed to finding solutions that make our community stronger and
help our working families survive and thrive. I believe the residents of District 38 deserve principled
and aggressive representation working hard to find solutions to the challenges facing our families,
neighborhoods and communities.

I am eager to spend the next two years working with fellow house members of both parties to protect
the vital interests of Kearns / West Jordan / West Valley and the entire west side.

Mostly I am looking forward to representing our community with integrity and honoring the values that
make this our home.
